Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every item you order from PartyDepot. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in resellable condition.

  • A valid order number is required.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used party supplies

  • Opened costumes or wearable items

  • Seasonal items after the holiday has passed

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Inflated balloons (we do not ship inflated balloons)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, email us within 3 days of delivery at support@partydepot.com

with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief explanation

We will replace or refund the affected items as quickly as possible.


3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

We do not provide prepaid return labels unless an error was made on our part.


4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, simply return the unwanted item (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not shipped and no tracking number has been issued.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, email support@partydepot.com

as soon as possible.


7. Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please double-check your address before placing your order.


8. Non-Returnable Items (For Safety & Hygiene)

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Worn costumes, wigs, masks, accessories

  • Makeup, face paint, prosthetics, fake blood

  • Opened tableware

  • Opened candy or edible products

  • Balloons once inflated or opened

  • Personalized or custom items


9. International Orders

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Duty charges

  • Import taxes

These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for international orders unless the item arrives damaged.
