Processing Times

Same-day processing for orders placed before 3:00 PM (PST).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on non-business days will be processed the next business day.

We ship orders Monday through Saturday.

No surcharge for Saturday shipments.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details before placing your order.
Inflated Balloons
We do not ship balloons inflated. All balloon products are shipped uninflated for safety and transit requirements.
Local Pickup
We do not offer local pickup at this time.

Lost or Missing Packages
