Where We Ship

PartyDepot proudly ships within the USA, Canada, and worldwide. No matter where you’re celebrating, we’ll help your party supplies get there on time.


Processing Times

  • Same-day processing for orders placed before 3:00 PM (PST).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on non-business days will be processed the next business day.

  • We ship orders Monday through Saturday.

  • No surcharge for Saturday shipments.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple delivery speeds to fit every celebration:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day

FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

Canada & International

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

  • Standard, Expedited, and Express options may be available at checkout.


Shipping Carriers

Your order may ship via:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

We automatically choose the fastest and most reliable carrier for your address.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details before placing your order.


Inflated Balloons

We do not ship balloons inflated. All balloon products are shipped uninflated for safety and transit requirements.


Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup at this time.


Shipping Delays

While we process orders quickly, delivery times may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing (international orders)

These delays are outside of our control, but we will always help you track and resolve shipping issues whenever possible.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first.
