There is no proof email to wait on, which is what makes the fast turnaround possible. What you build in the designer is what we print. The only time we will pause an order is if something looks wrong — then we email you first.

Shipping

Shipping methods and cost are calculated at checkout from your address, so you can see the options and pick the speed that suits your date. Cups ship nested and boxed; large orders may arrive in more than one carton.

Working to a wedding date

Put your event date in the order notes. If the timeline is tight we will tell you before we charge you for rush, not after. For weddings we recommend ordering at least three weeks out so there is room to reorder if your guest count changes.

Changed your mind?

Email us as soon as possible at hello@partydepot.com with your order number. Orders move to print quickly, so we can only make changes if it has not gone into production yet.

Returns and refunds

Personalized cups are printed with your initials and cannot be resold, so all custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized cups.

The designer on this page shows exactly what will be printed, and you can adjust it as many times as you like before checking out. That live preview is your proof. Please check your initials, spelling, and text color against the frosted cup before you order.

If something is wrong on our end

If your cups arrive damaged, or what we printed does not match what you built, that is on us. Email hello@partydepot.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or refund.

What is not covered

• Typos or initials entered incorrectly in the designer
• Wear or fading from washing and reusing a single-use cup
• Ordering fewer cups than your guest count needed

How many cups should I order?

Because these are disposable, guests take a fresh one each round rather than reusing. For an open bar reception, order 2 to 3 per guest. For a cocktail hour only, 1 to 2 per guest. Ordering extra costs far less than running short at 9pm, and unopened sleeves keep indefinitely.

Are these disposable or reusable?

Disposable. They are single-use party cups — sturdy enough to hold a drink all evening and much nicer looking than a plain cup, but not built for washing and reusing. Plan your quantity accordingly: guests will take a fresh one each round rather than keeping track of theirs.

Can I use our full names instead of initials?

The heart holds two initials, but every design has optional lines for your first names, your wedding date, and a short message underneath. So you can have both — initials in the heart, names below.

Can I mix different designs in one order?

Each order is one design. If you want two designs — say one for the ceremony and one for the reception — place two orders, or email hello@partydepot.com and we will set it up as a single order for you.

Do I get to see it before it prints?

Yes — right on this page. The designer shows a live preview as you build, and that preview is exactly what we print. There is no separate proof email to wait for, which is how we ship in 1–2 business days instead of one to two weeks.

What if I make a typo?

Email us immediately at hello@partydepot.com with your order number. We move to print quickly, so we can only fix it if it has not gone into production. Please double-check your initials before checking out — that is the moment changes are free.

Can I return them?

Personalized cups are final sale — they are printed with your initials and cannot be resold. If we made a mistake, or the cups arrive damaged, we will reprint or refund.

Can I get these for something other than a wedding?

Absolutely. The same five designs work for engagement parties, bridal showers, anniversaries, and bachelorette weekends. Any two initials, any occasion.

What size is the cup?

12oz — the standard party cup size. Comfortable for wine, cocktails, beer, or soft drinks, and the cups nest for easy transport and storage.

Do they come with lids or straws?

Cups only. If you want matching straws or napkins, browse the rest of our wedding collection and we will ship everything together.

How fast can I get them?

We print and ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Transit time on top of that depends on the shipping method you pick at checkout. If you have a hard deadline, put the date in your order notes and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it before you pay for rush.
