A: No, all of our foil balloons ship uninflated in a flat package. You can take it to your local Party Depot or grocery store to have it filled with helium, or fill it with air yourself.

Q: Can I fill this with regular air, or does it need helium?

A: You can use either! Fill it with helium to make it float majestically. Or, fill it with air (using a balloon pump or straw) and it will not float, but it makes a fantastic photo prop to hold or can be leaned against a wall.
