Multicolor letter balloons in blue and green for BOY, pink and purple for GIRL. Sold one word at a time — and noticeably bigger than everything else in the range.
GIRL is 42.5 inches wide and 16.9 inches tall. BOY is 37.4 by 15.7. For comparison, the gold and blue-and-pink versions run around 28 to 33 inches wide and about a foot tall. That's roughly a third more balloon in every direction.
Which means: measure your wall. This needs about four feet of clear horizontal space per word, and if you're hanging both for a two-sided reveal you're looking at seven to eight feet total including a gap. On a standard interior wall that's most of it. Outdoors or on a garage door, it's ideal.

Outdoors. Open space eats decor. A banner that dominates a living room wall looks modest against a lawn, a fence, or a marquee. This one holds up.
Parties with kids. The mixed colors read as playful rather than formal, and the scale means children can see it from anywhere in the room — which matters more than adults expect at a reveal.
Photo walls shot from a distance. If the plan is a group shot with the banner behind everyone, small letters vanish behind heads. These don't.
Where it doesn't help: narrow hallways, above doorways, on a mantel, or in any room where you'd have to hang it high enough that people look up rather than at it.
BOY and GIRL are separate purchases. Add both if you're staging the full reveal — but check your wall width first, because at this scale two words is a real footprint.
Is the color printed or is the foil itself colored? The letters are colored foil, so the finish is consistent front and back with no printed edges to peel.
Does a balloon this size need helium? No, and air is easier to manage. A letter this large on helium wants to travel.
How many tape points? Four or five along the top edge. Two is not enough at this width.
Can I store it after? Yes. Deflate and roll rather than fold — creases show more on large flat panels.
If you need something smaller or more traditional, the same block lettering comes in blue and pink and in gold. The cursive version is the softest of the four.
Warning: choking hazard. Children under 8 can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required.
