What you can put on it
Every design carries In Loving Memory of, their full name, and their years. The two Portrait designs also hold a photograph — upload any picture you have and our designers will crop and place it for you.
If you would rather have a different line than In Loving Memory of — Forever in Our Hearts, Always Remembered, Until We Meet Again, or something only your family would understand — type it in and we will set it.
Our designers will help with the photograph
Old photographs are rarely perfect, and that is completely fine. Send us what you have. If it is faded, creased, small, or has other people in it, our designers will crop, brighten, and clean it up before printing, at no extra charge. If a picture is not going to print well, we will email you before we print rather than send you something that disappoints.
You do not need to prepare anything. A phone photo of a framed picture on the wall works.
About memorial balloon releases
A memorial balloon release is a lovely idea, and we understand the impulse. But these are foil balloons. Foil does not biodegrade, and released balloons come down as litter that harms wildlife and can short out power lines. Releasing balloons is against the law in Florida, Hawaii, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Virginia, and California regulates foil balloons specifically. Fines range from about $25 to $500.
We would rather tell you plainly than let a family be fined on the worst week of their lives.
What families do instead: float them on weights beside the photo table at the service, line the entrance or the aisle, tie one to a chair that would have been theirs, bring them to the graveside and take them home again, or keep one inflated at home for as long as it lasts. Air-filled, these hold their shape for weeks.

If you are working to a service date, put it in the order notes and we will tell you honestly whether we can get there in time before you pay for rush shipping.
