Inflation and use

• Ships: flat and uninflated
• Inflate with: helium to float, or air for a stick, stand, or wall display

• Float time: roughly 3–5 days on helium; air-filled holds shape for several weeks
• Hospital note: many maternity wards allow foil but not latex balloons — foil is usually the safe choice, but check with the ward first

Production time

Printed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Babies do not keep to schedules, so neither do we.

There is no proof email to wait on. What you build in the designer is what we print.

Working to a date

Put the shower date or due date in your order notes. If the timeline is tight we will tell you before you pay for rush shipping, not after. For a baby already born, order as soon as you have the name and spelling confirmed.

Methods and cost are calculated at checkout from your address. Balloons ship flat and uninflated in protective packaging.

Returns and refunds

These are printed with a baby's name, so they cannot be resold and are final sale. Please check the spelling in the preview carefully before ordering — that preview is exactly what we print.

If we made a mistake

If your balloons arrive damaged, or what we printed does not match what you entered, email hello@partydepot.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or refund.

Please do not release these outdoors

These are foil balloons. Foil does not biodegrade and metallic balloons can short out power lines. Intentional balloon release is illegal in Florida, Hawaii, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Virginia. Keep them indoors or weighted, where you can enjoy them for weeks anyway.

What if the baby is not born yet?

Plenty of these are ordered before the birth. Use the name if it is decided, or put Baby plus the last name if the first name is still a secret. You can also order after and have them in a couple of days.

Can I change the Welcome Baby line?

Yes. Welcome to the World, Hello Little One, Oh Baby, or whatever your family says. Type it in and we will set it in the design.

Which design should I pick if I do not know the sex?

Sage. It is the gender-neutral one, with a green bow tie, eucalyptus, and gold stars, and it is the most popular of the three for exactly this reason.

Can I take one to the hospital?

Usually yes, but check with the ward first. Many maternity units allow foil balloons and ban latex ones because of allergy risk, which makes foil the safer choice. Bring it inflated with air rather than helium if the room is small.

How long will they last?

Filled with helium they float for roughly three to five days. Filled with air on a stick or stand they hold their shape for several weeks, which is why many families keep one up for newborn photos.

How many should I order?

One is plenty for a hospital room or a front door. For a shower, three to five spread across the table and entrance looks intentional without crowding the room. There is no minimum, so order what suits the space.

Is helium included?

No, they ship flat and uninflated. Most party stores and florists will inflate a balloon you bring in for a small fee.

Do you have matching cups and napkins?

Not yet, but they are coming in these same three designs, personalized with the baby's name the same way. Email hello@partydepot.com if you have a date coming up and we will tell you where they are.

Can I order more than one design?

Each order covers one design. For a mix, place separate orders or email hello@partydepot.com and we will set it up as one order.

Can I use these for a gender reveal?

Yes. Many people order the Blue and Pink together and keep one hidden, or use Sage for the shower and a colored one for the reveal itself.

Can I return them?

They are printed with a name, so they cannot be resold and are final sale. If we made a mistake or they arrive damaged, we will reprint or refund.
